Unprocessed Virgin Brazilian Human Hair Care Suggestions

      1.Before installing your virgin hair, conditioner wash (co-wash) hair first with a moisturizing conditioner like Organ ix Moroccan Angara Oil conditionerBrush and dangleyour hair prior to washing with a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb

  2. Do not cut the wefts or tracks of your virgin hair. This will cause shedding. Your stylist or you should use the fold over method to install the hair. If the wefts must be cut, please seal with weft sealant prior to installing
  3. Co-wash hair at least once a week. Do not over shampoo your hair, this will cause dryness. Shampoo 1-2 times a month. If your hair feels heavy or oily please use a clarifying shampoo
  4. Prior to bedtime, wrap, braid, plait, pin curl or roller set your hair and use a satin/silk cap or scarf
  5. Prior to going swimming wash and leave the conditioner on your hair. This will help prevent the salt water and chlorine from drying out your extensions

1.All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to request an RMA online. Returned items without RMA will not be accepted.

2.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

3.Items returned within 15 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
